Mule library!

In Venezuela in 2007, mules carry a lending-library of books to people in remote areas. Not really a shenanigan, more of a wonderful idea, but still, mules carrying books! That’s cool. More here. (Thanks, BoingBoing!)

    Suzie, I would be interested to know about the boats, though I’m not sure they would be shenanigans, unless the librarians pushed each other into the water sometimes.
