Jack Carter & the Armory: “Smith and The West End”

Smith and The West End \\ Jack Carter and The Armory from Kim Newmoney on Vimeo.

Partly filmed in one of the libraries of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I wonder if they got permission? Either way, seems like a shenanigan. It’s a pretty catchy song, too, and I enjoyed the deliberately-half-assed lip-synching. Thanks, Robert Stoesen!

Entry filed under: academic libraries, not for CC website, video.

Yup, that’s the Information Desk in UNCG’s Jackson Library he is sitting behind. They had permission — that’s why no one else is around, Sunday morning before opening, I think, at least in the video intro. My office door shows up for a second at the end. And our two guest access computers.
